West of Laudslaw Cottage, Mt Wellington provides a backdrop for picturesque Ralphs Bay. Launch your canoe or windsurfer out the front of the cottage and explore the surrounding waterways, or stroll to the eastern end of the canal and discover Roches Beach. The views across Frederick Henry Bay will take your breath away!
Explore Hobart and surrounds from your secluded hideaway. Fly into Hobart Airport, hire a car and follow the signs from Seven Mile Beach to Lauderdale. Or catch the ferry to Devonport and drive down to Lauderdale, via the historic Midlands and the Coal River Valley wineries.
